Platform feedback & suggestions
Help us improve the Inclusive Labor Institute platform, tools, and learning spaces.
We use this space to collect feedback from worker organizations, partners, researchers, and learners on how the Platform can serve you better.
1. Why your feedback matters
The Inclusive Labor Institute (“ILI”) is designed as a worker-centred knowledge and action hub. To keep it useful and grounded in real experience, we need input from the people using it – from grassroots worker leaders to researchers, partner organisations, and learners in our E-Learning Centre.
Your feedback helps us prioritise new features, improve navigation, and ensure that the platform reflects the realities of workers in the informal economy.
2. What you can share with us
We welcome feedback on any part of the Platform, including:
- Content and resources – for example, publications that are especially useful or topics you would like to see covered;
- Webinars & events – suggestions for new themes, regions, or speakers that would support informal workers and their organisations;
- E-Learning Centre – courses that are missing, modules that feel unclear, or ideas for future training;
- Data tools and dashboards – improvements that would make charts, indicators, or maps easier to use in organising and advocacy;
- Usability & accessibility – anything that makes the site easier or harder to navigate, especially for people using mobile devices, screen readers, or low-bandwidth connections;
- General ideas – any suggestion that would make ILI more useful to workers, partners, and allies.
3. How to send your feedback
The simplest way to share your feedback is by email. Please write to:
To help us understand and act on your feedback, it is helpful if you can include:
- The page or area of the Platform you are talking about (for example, “Webinars & Events page” or “E-Learning Centre course list”);
- A short description of what is working well and/or what is not working well for you;
- Any suggestions for how we could make it clearer, more useful, more accessible, or more relevant for informal workers and their organisations;
- If relevant, any devices or browsers you are using (for example, “Android phone, Chrome” or “Laptop, Firefox”).
If you are part of a worker organisation or partner institution, you can also let us know if you would like a follow-up conversation about how the Platform could support your work more directly.
4. How we use feedback
We review feedback periodically and use it to:
- Plan improvements to navigation and page structure;
- Prioritise new content and features across the Hub, E-Learning Centre and events;
- Identify accessibility or usability issues that need attention;
- Understand which parts of the Platform are most valuable for workers, organisers and researchers.
We cannot respond to every message individually, but feedback from workers and partners directly informs our roadmap.
